Description

• Create User stories, Use case specifications, Business requirement documents (BRDs), and Product roadmaps by analyzing the Business requirements.
• Expertise in QMS documentation for different projects
• Create test scripts, test cases, test plans and well versed in different types of testing like integration testing, performance testing, functional testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor and fix the issues related to BW process chains.
• Monitor daily data loads in AWS Glue and fix the job issues if there are any.
• Manually refresh critical dashboards along with data comparison
• Knowledge of QuickSight, Dashboard Development, and Security.
• Fix any datarelated issues in QuickSight and handle all the Issue tickets related to Insight.
• Load files from S3 to Redshift to support Business Month End Processes.
• Understanding of Finance Processes, handling finance monthend process, and validation and resolution of issues.
• Lead Production Support and resolve issues raised by Business users.
• Assess current Models and be responsible for enhancing them as per Business Requirements with the Development Team.
• Coordinate with Offshore Developers on a daily basis.
