Experience in fintech or financial services : At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry to understand the regulatory and compliance environment.

• Create a schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project

• Functional understanding of Oracle BRM functionalities, rating, billing & Invoicing system processes, and how it integrates with other systems.
• IT and software development knowledge : Familiarity with software development life cycles, database management, and possibly some coding experience.
• Analytical skills : Ability to analyze data and user requirements to ensure that the Oracle BRM system meets the business goals effectively.
• Functional knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements of Billing system implementation in Brazil.

• Strong leadership and communication skills : Essential for managing diverse teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problemsolving skills : Ability to address technical or projectrelated issues as they arise, with innovative and effective solutions
