REQUIRED SALES EXECUTIVE FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY "GUJARAT PROPERY" IN GANDHINAGAR GIFT CITY.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 TO 3 YEARS AS SALES EXECUTIVE.

Relevant Experience in Real estate sector would be an advantage.


SALARY :15000 TO INCENTIVE


QUALIFICATION:
ANY GRADUATE OR BBA / SPECIALIZATION IN SALES


LANGUAGES:

HINDI ENGLISH AND GUJARATI

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in GIFT CITY
• Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Maintain daily sales report
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Manage client query on the phone and convert teleconversation into a personal meeting.
• Negotiate terms and close the deal.
• Site visit with client if required.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
