Sr. Manager Project


Travel:
Extensive


Experience:
1 to 3 years, experience in a similar role in Solar / Electrical is desired


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Set up the SOP for site survey and design,installation,operations.
  • Conduct site surveys before plant design and layout are finalized.
  • Should be understand proper drawing for panels, inverters, structures, racking techniques, installation techniques, etc.
  • Check drawings, specifications, and BOQ for allotted work; And report any deviations
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as required by supervision and management teams.
  • Formulate project baseline, monitoring,controlling, resource deployment, quality compliance & ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
  • Guide project management, scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning of the project within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensuring safety is given the highest priority during the installation and execution of the project.

Requirements:


  • Educational requirement: Graduate ( BE/B Tech preferred/Diploma)
  • Experience in solar/ electrical preferred module and field work.

Skills expected:


  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Design skills and understanding.
  • Ability to work and learn fast in a demanding environment
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
