Description
Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales.- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector
- Manage client query on the phone and convert teleconversation into a personal meeting.
- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets
- Provide the best possible solution to customers.
- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
- Highly self
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
- Hardworking and efficient
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 8 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 8 years (preferred)
