Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales.

  • Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Relevant Experience in Real estate sector
  • Manage client query on the phone and convert teleconversation into a personal meeting.
  • Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets
  • Provide the best possible solution to customers.
  • To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
  • Highly self
- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

  • Negotiate terms and close the deal.
  • Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
  • Hardworking and efficient

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 8 years (preferred)

  • Real estate sales: 8 years (preferred)
