• Manage production budgets using specialized software.
• Provide real-time spending updates to the production team and executives.
• Process and track all payment transactions accurately.
• Generate and distribute detailed budget reports to stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts regularly and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Verify and process cast and crew payroll in compliance with contracts.
• Develop and analyze cost reports to track and optimize spending.
• Assist in preparing budgets and realistic cost estimates for production elements.
• Scrutinize contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy and budget adherence.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to support informed decision-making
