ARK healthcare has decades of experience in the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredient.

Reporting to the AGM-Production, you will be responsible for:

Set up and manage the entire operations of production from procurement of raw material to dispatch.
Plan the entire production schedule as per orders and implement it within stipulated time and cost parameters.
Handle all Preventive maintenance as well as trouble shooting activities during breakdowns.
Conduct Regular Safety Audits to provide safe working environment and provide training.
Ensure adherence to quality requirements specified by customers and taking corrective actions if necessary to eliminate any variations.
Develop new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).
Green Field Project-Execution/Erection and Commissioning of Building & Equipment's.
