Description
Creating detailed drawings, blueprints, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

  • Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure design concepts and specifications are accurately translated into construction drawings.
  • Reviewing and analyzing architectural plan, structural column, floor, plan and engineering drawings and determining the appropriate structural details required for construction.
  • Incorporating structural elements, such as beams, columns, foundation systems, and floor plans, into the overall design.
  • Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback and changes from engineers or other stakeholders.
  • Preparing material lists, cost estimates, and construction schedules, as per requirements.
  • Assisting with site inspections and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Staying up to date with the latest CAD software and industry trends to enhance drafting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with other drafters, technicians, and professionals to complete projects within deadlines and budget requirements.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
