Roles & Responsibilities

  • To make outbound calls to prospective students or clients to introduce them to the educational products or services offered by the company.
  • Actively engage in lead generation activities by identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone conversations.
  • Answering incoming calls from individuals interested in the edutech offerings and Record and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
  • Work towards achieving individual and teambased sales targets or enrollment goals set by the edutech company.
- customer acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and engagement strategies.


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in edutech is an added advantage.
  • Effectively communicate with potential students, parents, or educational institutions.
  • Efficient time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet daily or weekly targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other telecallers, sales teams, and support staff to achieve overall company goals.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
