Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and other industry stakeholders.
Present and promote our services to clients, including our online software and explaining the value proposition and differentiating features of our NVOCC solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiate rates and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely delivery of services to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and expand business connections.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the sales manager.

Requirements:

70% and above scores in 10th and 12th academic years.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally outside the city for client meetings and industry events.
Fluency in English and local language(s) is required.
