    Job Description:

    is seeking an experienced Product support engineer to lead the development and management of our AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong product management skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the field of computer vision and machine learning.

    • Minimum 4 years of experience
    • Lead the Product Support team, ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement support strategies to meet user needs and company goals.
    • Analyze support metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Mentor and train support team to maintain a high standard of service.
    • Technical skills: Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes, understanding of APIs to facilitate integrations and troubleshooting.
