What You Will Do

Explore talent management agencies in regions prominent in speaking Bengali that can help us get Broadcaster resources to join the app to showcase their Talent/ performance on the app.
Develop strategic plans to achieve Monetization targets and expand Bengali market presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Bengalispecific promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
Work closely with other business development team members and put in the best efforts to achieve business objectives
Providing support and giving training to Broadcasters/ Vloggers in case of queries.
Work as per aligned KPIs and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives
Follow up and manage recruited agencies and retain them and broadcasters/creators'.

Requirements:

13 years of Agency/Creator management and onboarding experience.
Bengali Speaking is compulsory.
Writing skills in Bengali would be preferred.
Passion for learning new things, and solving challenging problems.
