Telecaller - Hotels and Resorts
Job Description:
As a Telecaller in the Hotels and Resorts industry, your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote the services and facilities of hotels and resorts.
Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to potential customers to introduce them to the hotel or resort's offerings, including room accommodations, amenities, and special packages.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication. Gather information about customer requirements and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.

Promotion of Services: Highlight the unique features, promotions, and special offers of the hotel or resort to entice customers. Effectively communicate the value proposition of staying at the establishment.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

Booking Assistance: Assist customers in the reservation process, provide information on room availability, rates, and booking conditions. Ensure a seamless booking experience for the customer.

Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell premium rooms, additional services, and amenities. Cross-sell packages or promotions to enhance the customer's experience.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and preferences. Relay feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of services.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.

Sales Targets: Achieve weekly or monthly sales targets as set by the management. Monitor and report on sales metrics regularly.

Stay Informed: Stay informed about the latest developments, promotions, and changes in the hotel or resort's offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.

Pay:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:

Ability to Relocate:
