Requirement

Minimum Graduation Able to handle service calls.

Good commination Skill

Good knowledge of MS office.

Job Description:
Handling toll Free number effectively. Register calls and assign complain to service engineer. Follow up with customer and technician for resolving complain. Spare parts issue to service engineer. Prepare and share service related MIS with Management.
