Responsibilities:


  • Focus on outbound sales prospecting by identifying, researching, connecting with, and qualifying new leads in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Building industry, into sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospect's needs and determine fit with our product through scoping calls
  • Further qualify prospect through discovery calls
  • Schedule product demonstrations for the prospect with our Sales team
  • Demo the product to the prospects
  • Maintain a current pipeline in CRM
  • Meet monthly and quarterly lead qualification objectives
  • Achieve a high volume of daily outbound calling while maintaining a positive and energetic persona

Desired Experience:


  • Prior experience either as an SDR/call centre executive with a SaaS company or sales to AEC
  • Expert user of any established CRM system (Zoho preferred)
  • Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives

Desired Skills:


  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners and employees
