Responsibilities:
- Focus on outbound sales prospecting by identifying, researching, connecting with, and qualifying new leads in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Building industry, into sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect's needs and determine fit with our product through scoping calls
- Further qualify prospect through discovery calls
- Schedule product demonstrations for the prospect with our Sales team
- Demo the product to the prospects
- Maintain a current pipeline in CRM
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead qualification objectives
- Achieve a high volume of daily outbound calling while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience either as an SDR/call centre executive with a SaaS company or sales to AEC
- Expert user of any established CRM system (Zoho preferred)
- Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners and employees
