Description
If you are presentable, well groomed, and seeking a front desk admin role, Duratuf is looking for someone just like youKey Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients, visitors, and guests as the first point of contact.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room reservations.
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation.
Keeping the office space organized, ensuring it is always in good order.
Maintaining office supplies inventory and refilling them as needed
Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices.
HR event arrangement & coordination
Criteria:
Female & Presentable
Experience: 1+ year
Educational Background:
Any graduate (Preferably English medium schooling; if not, a Spoken English course)
Communication Skills:
English (knowledge of punctuation, sentence organization and formatting) & Hindi (Spoken: Intermediate)
Age:
within 21-28 years of age
Typing speed: 25+ wpm
Notice period:
Immediate to 30 days
Must-have skills:
Soft skills:
presentable & polished manners, spoken English, corporate etiquette, creativity & aesthetics
Knowledge and experience in admin roles and responsibilities - Eg. office utility bill payments, stock maintenance of office supplies and branding merchandise, hr event arrangement & coordination, making travel arrangements
Proficiency with g-suite/ microsoft apps
Good-to-have skills:
Knowledge and work-experience on Zoho Suite

Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 16,000 (incentives extra)
