JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and design various materials for digital and print

Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
-
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
-
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.

Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company

Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
-
Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
-
Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
-
Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
-
QA design for errors
-
Implement feedback and changes whenever possible

Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Ability to follow branding guidelines:Branding guidelines are standards used to determine how a brand will be presented to audience members. To succeed in the industry, you must be able to follow these guidelines closely.

Design principles:Successful graphic designers know how to use white space, color, hierarchy and other principles to compose well-balanced designs.

Digital technology (HTML, CSS, JS):Technology skills are especially helpful if you plan to design websites or work as a visual designer.
-
Font selection:Font type, size and weight all affect the appearance of your designs and may influence the way people perceive your message, so you must be able to choose an appropriate font for each project.

Picture skills (photography)/photo editing:You may have to incorporate photos into your graphic design projects, so it's important to know how to edit stock photoset take high-quality photos of your own.

RGB and CMYK: You must be able to choose the right color set for each project. CMYK is ideal for print projects, while RGB is typically used for digital designs.

₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
