Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist BIM coordinators & Team leaders in Creating, Updating and Revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- To generate shop drawings, sheet & documentations for BIM Models.
- Should create standard, parametric and shared parametric families.
- Knowledge of clash detection and resolutions using Revit & Navis.
- Create and Update BIM models based on Contract Drawings and Specifications.
- Ensure Integrity & Quality of the models maintained throughout the projects.
- Produce BIM Models deliverable for construction, documentation and fabrication.
- Develop BIM models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM based Quantification and 4D simulation.
- Identify issues and update BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage.
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.
Skills
- Expert in developing Floor plans, Enlarged plans, Block wall & Title layouts.
- Expert in developing Interior Drawings, Partitions Cabinets, False Ceiling Layouts.
- Expert in developing RCC Detailing, Beams and Columns layout, Foundation Layout etc.
- Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Navis and Autodesk Plugin's.
- Knowledge in Civil 3D, Dynamo, Lumion, Revizto will have an added advantage.
Salary:
From ₹150,000.00 per month
