Position Overview


As a Direct B2B Business Partnership Executive at mySmilist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and fostering strategic B2B partnerships.

This dynamic position involves engaging in field sales, collaborating with decision-makers in dental clinics. Additionally engage with institutions like colleges/corporates/institutes and related industries, and contributing to the growth of mySmilist's invisible aligners brand.


Responsibilities
1.
Field Sales

  • Engage in proactive field sales activities to foster and nurture B2B business partnerships.
  • Conduct facetoface meetings with potential clients to understand their market and present mySmilist's innovative invisible aligners solutions for their customers.
  • Be innovative to explore business opportunities with the various institutions in the market with a view to expand sales and improve operations

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships for B2B partnerships, not just specifically in the dental / healthcare / corporate sectors.

2-Wheeler Requirement

  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a twowheeler for efficient travel to client locations.
  • Ensure timely and effective coverage of assigned territories.

Collaboration and Negotiation

  • Engage in negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial and sustainable business relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor mySmilist solutions according to the unique requirements of each client.
5.
Market Research

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the invisible aligners and dental technology space.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
6.
Reporting

  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for effective tracking and analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree:


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 1year of experience in B2B partnerships, preferably within the dental, healthcare, or MNC corporate sector in Delhi NCR.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition.

Communication Skills:


  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey the unique value proposition of mySmilist invisible aligners.

Self-Motivated:


  • Exhibit a high level of selfmotivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Have a good understanding of Delhi NCR region
