To be a part of the Travel & Hospitality - Blended team.

Activities Performed

Review and process basic customer transactions
Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies
Input, edit and maintain customer account information
Escalate issues in a timely manner to a supervisor when unable to resolve/ understand customer request
Serve as a liaison between company client, end customers and various other stakeholders
Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Document all activities and actions required to successfully resolve customer issues
Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times
Follow policies and procedures to meet all client, NTT DATA and regulatory requirements, related to billing and payment, release of information, record retention, privacy and confidentiality

Required Experience and Qualification

Open to work in 24 x 7 environment, especially US shifts
Ability to type at minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (05:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirements
