Desired Qualification + Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
  • 4-
8 years of experience in the related field.

  • Prior experience in SAP
  • HANA preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Making Invoices (Performa Invoices, Advance Receipt Voucher & Tax Invoices
  • Proposal / BOQ submission
  • Routine Vendor Payments
  • Coordination with companies for queries & chasing for payments
  • Contract Tracking Warehouse & Vehicle Agreement
  • Actuarial valuation activity for employee related liability
  • Preparation of Prepaid Expense MIS
  • Capex MIS and payback calculation
  • Material in transit MIS at month end.
  • Tax Payment TDS/ GST Monthly
  • IND As Revenue Recognition)
  • Preparation of documents to submit the bill
