About the Job:

As Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role in Cyderes's Data and Insights team.

We are looking for a high energy and proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and help simplify onboarding process for new members of our sales team.

Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets and light training.

You will also be the first point of contact for existing users when they run into technical issues or is looking for enhancements.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Cloud Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning.

The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable communicating with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solution


Must haves:


  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • User support tickets and escalation to L2+ support
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders for enhancement requests.
  • Monitor user adoption.
  • User training and creating training materials.
  • Ability respond to high velocity environment
  • 23 years of experience.

Nice to haves:


  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience in Netsuite administration.
  • Experience in HR platform administration.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new software tools and environments.
  • Creative and problem solver.
