Responsibilities:


  • Using persuasive communication skills to convert leads into customers
  • Conducting market research to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and changes in the market
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure sales goals align with overall business objectives

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in an online environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational and followup skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A dream of building their own business

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an online environment
