    Description

    About the Role:

    The OCI Administrator will work closely with many teams in the IT Department, including System Administrators, Software Development, Network Security and DBAs to support PaaS/IaaS/SaaS.

    Implement and manage all Oracle Cloud Infrastructure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.

    Perform patch management for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring all instances are up to date with the latest patches and updates.

    Monitor all services access, availability, performance, and usage.

    Manage instance cloning and refresh activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

    Configure, Manage, Audit and Alert on the Security of the OCI environment.

    Implement Best Practices for PaaS services lifecycle.

    Write technical specifications, based on technical design discussions.

    Hands on knowledge on Managing Integration with other cloud Services like Database Integration Cloud.

    Well-versed experience as Kafka Administrator.

    Experience in working with Release Config Management in SOACS, ICS as a part of Change management.

    Responsible for managing transition and post transition steady state support to Prepare Transition Plan.

    Co-ordinate with Implementation Partner and ensure smooth completion of transition.

    Troubleshooting on infrastructure related issues.

    Co-ordinate with other teams to troubleshoot on Platform related issues.

    Co-ordinate with Development team on Release Configuration management in SOACS, ICS.

    About You:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field is recommended.

    Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Cloud Infrastructure Admin in OCI

    Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Administrator with a strong focus on Oracle ERP

    Oracle Cloud Services Monitoring Tools

    Configuring and Managing OCI Compartments and Provisioning services across Availability and Fault Domains.

    Hands on experience in writing and modifying Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and for managing OCI Infrastructure.

    Strong knowledge of patching, cloning, and instance management for Oracle Fusion applications.

    Experience with using PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages.

    Experience with CI/CD.

    Experience in Devops role.

    Preferred Certifications: -

    Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional (Preferred)

    Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist (Preferred)

    Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate (Preferred)

    Certified Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist (Preferred)
