Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate B2B healthcare leads (hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare brands) through research, networking, and field visits
  • Do daily outreach via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to introduce services and book meetings with decision-makers
  • Travel for client meetings, hospital/clinic visits, and relationship-building (field sales + digital outreach)
  • Understand client requirements, pitch Invictus services clearly, and handle objections professionally
  • Follow up consistently to move leads from enquiry → meeting → proposal → closure
  • Maintain and update lead tracker/pipeline in Excel or CRM (calls, meetings, next steps, and conversion status)
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for proposals, onboarding, deliverables, and client updates
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings when required
  • Work towards weekly/monthly targets (meetings fixed, qualified leads, and conversions) and share regular performance reports
