Job description
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate B2B healthcare leads (hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare brands) through research, networking, and field visits
Do daily outreach via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to introduce services and book meetings with decision-makers
Travel for client meetings, hospital/clinic visits, and relationship-building (field sales + digital outreach)
Understand client requirements, pitch Invictus services clearly, and handle objections professionally
Follow up consistently to move leads from enquiry → meeting → proposal → closure
Maintain and update lead tracker/pipeline in Excel or CRM (calls, meetings, next steps, and conversion status)
Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for proposals, onboarding, deliverables, and client updates
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings when required
Work towards weekly/monthly targets (meetings fixed, qualified leads, and conversions) and share regular performance reports
