Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Dust and clean office furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
Regularly monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Messenger and Courier Services:
Responsible for running office errands, such as mailing documents and parcels.
Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages within the office.
Assistance to Staff:
Assist other employees in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings.
Serve refreshments during meetings as needed.
Document Handling:
File and maintain documents and records as directed by the office staff.
Photocopy and scan documents as required.
Support for Administrative Tasks:
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as sorting and organizing files and documents.
Security:
Monitor access to the office, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
Report any security concerns or issues to the appropriate authorities.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay:
₹6, ₹8,000.00 per month
