Job Description:

This role is for an Operations Co-ordinator reporting to the Head of the R&D and the Delivery Assurance Team.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the R&D and Delivery Assurance teams.
  • Work closely with our R&D partners to maximize the value of the R&D tax credit claim.
  • Facilitation of R&D review meetings with the Project Managers, Delivery Managers & Senior Technical Management team.
  • Creation and development of reports for senior management team
  • Actively participate in various steering groups across the project landscape.
  • Performing audits and Ensuring R&D Process Awareness within the Practices.
  • Development of the Version 1 R&D framework
  • Review and rebuild the R&D induction pack for new starters
  • Support the identification, creating and implementation of R&D processes, procedures or methodologies as required by the business to enhance our R&D capabilities
  • Ensuring Tech Leads follow timely and accurate R&D reporting for those projects that fit the criteria
  • Ensuring that R&D lessons learned are performed at the end of the R&D claim period, documented and communicated to the rest of the practice community to further improve our R&D capabilities

Qualifications:


  • O365 suite, in particular Excel, Power BI and SharePoint
  • Highly motivated
  • Outstanding 'people' skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
This is a role for someone with a proven ability and history of 'getting things done'.

You will have excellent Excel experience and building and designing reports.


You'll be a self-starter who will identify what needs to be done, take ownership and drive things to conclusion with mínimal oversight.

You'll have a good awareness of when there is a need to escalate and when to just press on with things.
