HIRING - PHYSIOTHERAPIST LOCATION - BANGALORE, HYDERABAD, MUMBAI EDUCATION - BPT OR MPT EXPERIENCE - MIN. 1 YR. FRESHERS CAN APPLY ONLY IF THEY HAVE PDC. ROLE - HOME VISITS TO CONDUCT THERAPY FOR PATIENTS.


R.1 (Assessment and Evaluation) Assess a new patient, evaluate and correlate the assessment findings to create a effective treatment plan for the assigned patient R.

2 (Treatment plan) Design an appropriate treatment plan based on patient's condition with relevant short term and long term goals Help patients maintain or restore flexibility, strength, and range of motion

R. 3 (Patient/family member communication) effectively communicate the assessment findings, details about the treatment plan, therapy progress, home advice, precautions, patient and family education etc to the patient and family members as a part of the therapy

R.4 Interpret patient information and collaborate with physicians and other team members in making critical decision making about needed action

R.5 (Coordination with internal customers) Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders as a part of patient care services

R.6 Create and regularly update medical records for all the patients who are assessed and treated. Management of patients database and records. Ensure documentation compliance and record update for all patients as a part of patient data collection.

R.7 Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required. Responsible & accountable for stock provided

R. 8 Managing billing, accountable bill, receipt payable.

R.9 Maintaining reports of patients' medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition. Update the patient progress and change in patient's medical condition to the Supervisor or Lead on a daily basis.

R. 10 To present and participate in case discussion and case presentations during review meetings to ensure clinical excellence.

R. 11 Ensure proactive, accurate and timely reporting of all clinical and non-clinical incidents to Supervisors or Lead. Follow the corrective and preventive action to continuously improve.

R. 12 Strictly follow infection prevention and control activities by ensuring proper adherence to Organizational protocol and process

R. 13 Ensure proper care, use and maintenance of all biomedical equipment and timely reporting for repair in case of breakdown with proper documentation

R. 14 (Attendance and leave management) ensure strict adherence to attendance marking process and proactive reporting and communication for planned and unplanned leaves

R. 15 Provide patient services as per the Organizational grooming

R. 16 (OS Management) Follow and update the service details on OS platform as a part of service delivery and adhere to the processes

R. 17 (Incident reporting) Reports any untoward event or incidents happen during the travel to the patient location, service, or treatment (either to patient/staff or any other member) to the supervisor Critical thinking
