We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Administration & Facilities to join our team who is responsible for the overall administrative and facility operations & overseeing staff and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the organization.

This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including but not limited to:


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 9 years' experience in an admin & operations management role.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organization
  • Maintain an inventory of organization supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise administrative personnel and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
*Monitor and manage facility maintenance and repairs

  • Manage the purchase and distribution of supplies and materials.
*Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and technologies.

  • Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the organization meets all applicable regulations and standards
Hours of Working-12 Hrs

Languages preferred

  • English, Hindi, Kannada(mandatory) Tamil and Telugu add on.
Weekly off

  • 1 Woff on weekdays, 6 days working(Weekends working)
Leaves

  • 12 CL/Year
  • No Public Holidays
Salary

  • 4LPA to 9LPA With performance based Incentives.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Operations: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
