Seeking a energetic and enthusiastic chef to join and work with a team of a 24 seater cafe in North Goa.
cafe is an all day brekafast concept, open 9am - 530pm with a focus on a fully vegetarian healthy menu, non alcoholic/ healthy beverages and bakery/ breads / baked items.
Chef will have to work with head chef and owners to:- plan and create entire menu working with head chef
- daily food prep and planning for that day/ next day menu
- work to regularly inovate and create new dishes and ways of presentation of food for the cafe
- manage inventory and procurement
- be able to oversee running of kitchen, execution of menu dishes by team and also manage the staff who work with them when head chef is not there
Minimum 5-6 year work experience in European / continental cuisine. should have knowledge of bread making and basic level patisserie skills.
Full time position, 12 months, 1 month paid leave annually. Stay provided in goa. salary and remuneration discussion along to occur once CV is provided.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
