Salary - 25k

Employment type - Full-time (Work from office only)
Experience - 1-3 Years
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for co-ordination with customers, delivery partners, while being solution-oriented in resolving customer queries.
Responsibilities -
- Interacting with existing and new customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messenger.
- Outbound Calls to past and present customers and a few cold calls.
- Porter/Wefast booking and support
- Coordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from B2C & B2B customers.
- Supporting the marketing team with weekly & monthly WhatsApp messaging
- Coordinating with delivery partners/executives to book as well as solve shipping related issues with Delivery companies like Pickrr, Shiprocket etc.
Skills Required -
- Fluent in written & spoken English (Knowing Marathi would be an addon)
- Solution Oriented approach
- Strong Communication Skills
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
