Description
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide assistance with order tracking, returns, and refunds.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with our website and payment gateway.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate with the latest
- Use our customer support software to manage and track customer inquiries, and
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team.
Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
