Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance with order tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our website and payment gateway.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate with the latest
game releases and features.

  • Use our customer support software to manage and track customer inquiries, and
ensure that all tickets are resolved within our SLA.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team.

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
