1.

Should be tech savvy and the proactiveness to explain the customer on how he/she/they can use the App to the best use.


  • Should be inquisitive and be able to understand the end use of the app, process flow, etc., from all the roles (Admin/Customer/Other roles) and should be able to gather feedback from users and document it (in consultation with the dev team)
  • Should be a good listener and understand the user psyche.
  • Help users with the onboarding on the app and guide them during the initial days to help users get adapted to the app
  • Have the ambition to increase the user base continuously and consistently. Monthly target will be given to team and reviews will be done fortnightly.
  • Will be handling 2-3 apps on related domains.
Go getter with a extremely proactive personality


Salary:
₹16, ₹44,483.18 per month
