About ISRN:

The Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN) is a Not-For-Profit multi-dimensional facilitation network, established in July 2014, in the domain for Sustainable Development in India.

We have created a result-oriented platform among professionals from diverse disciplines, sectors and backgrounds with a vision and mission to channelize all relevant agencies to provide services to the unreachable parts of our society.

This common platform was needed to synergize the Corporate, Grassroots organizations and the Government to establish as a network to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth to reach all facets of community with utmost efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • To lead ongoing projects, project planning, implementation, capacity building of project officials, organize program promotional activities and campaigns, monitoring and evaluation, documentation, donor reporting and updation.
  • Identify, mobilize and develop financial resources, explore potential funding opportunities from Corporate Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and effective networking with government departments and other relevant statutory bodies.
- expertise and efficiency in writing proposals and retention of existing donors and continuous exploration of new donors for mobilization of funds for organizing events and new projects.

  • To lead the work on active mobilization of Corporates and NGO for ISRN Membership.
  • Supervision, guidance and exploration of databases of Corporates and NGOs.
  • Supervise, facilitate and support Assistant Program Officer and other team members for their tasks and activities.
  • Improve and develop communication material for the organization such as reports, documents and other materials.
  • Organizing or providing assistance in a capacity building programme.
  • Overseeing event planning and campaigns.
  • Training need assessment of clients office; visiting clients office, project area and event sites as per the need.
  • Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.
  • Designing and implementing a fundraising strategy, setting priorities, goals and budgets, cultivating potential donors and communicating with current donors.
  • Develop CSR consulting as a practice to interface with corporations to support community investment projects.
  • Develop the resource mobilization strategy and quarterly plan and set yearly targets based on the resource mobilization strategy.
  • Increase the visibility of ISRN as an organization and its work portfolio.
  • Responsible for effectively leading the team towards the achievement of individual targets, providing leadership, vision and strategic direction while facilitating and empowering their work.
  • Develop and supervise MIS, physical and financial reports and ensure timely submissions.
Program Activities

  • Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates project(s) or program(s).
  • Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generates interim progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project(s) or program(s).
  • Establishes and implements short
- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.

  • Directs, manages, and oversees the daily administrative components of program(s)/project(s).
  • Designs, establishes, and maintains staffing and an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the program/project function; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates program/project staff.
  • Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit.
  • Performs community liaison and outreach activities for program(s)/project(s).

Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of experience in the development sector and in a similar capacity would be preferred.


  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Effective leadership skills and a problem-solving ability
