Role Summary
EZ is a Global Startup that provides Business Support Services to top Organizations around the world.

We are disrupting several Sectors & Industries globally through innovation and use of AI to modernize traditional workflows and processes.

At EZ, we are looking to hire a dedicated and artistic Animator with a firm grasp on animation techniques, fundamentals, and software.

The animator will read through scripts and speak with clients to understand project needs, create storyboards and animations, and assist in the editing process.

You should be collaborative, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Check out the responsibilities mentioned below:

• Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations.
• Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final direction.
• Use requested design tools, including physical and digital tools, to create initial designs.
• Create and elaborate on storyboards for requested projects. Prepare presentations with raw designs to clients.
• Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles.
• Should be able to implement different animation styles, including traditional animation, 3D computer animation, 2D vector animation and others.
• Liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts
• Collaborate with other animators, clients, and producers
• Create highquality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data
• Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.
• Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client's business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field.
• More education, experience, or proficiency with specific animation software platforms may be preferred.
• 13 years of experience required in Animation.
• Should be excellent in After effect, Premiere pro, Adobe Animate, Maya, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator or Blender
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
• Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
