You will be the face of AceIPM for our students.Student success is your middle name, and you take pride in ensuring that every student who enrols with us has a fantastic experience.
From onboarding to general queries to escalations, you will handle it all.This is a demanding but extremely gratifying role, as you will directly impact the lives of our students.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for students with regards to queries, concerns, or feedback.
- Onboard new students and help them get started with our products & services.
- Coordinate test uploading, timetable scheduling, and other logistics with students & faculty.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Both Hindi & English).
- An empathetic approach to customer service. Proactive problemsolving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or operations would be a plus but is not required.
- Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite and MathJax/MathML.
Salary:
₹200, ₹260,000.00 per year
