Job Challenges:


Appointee is expected to set up and then take forward the best practices, policies, processes, compliances and procedures related to plant operations at the site.


Must have to knowledge in Safety system, Compliances, maintaining and troubleshooting of LT & HT equipments, various drives, HMI's, PLC, UPS, Breakers, ACB's, VCB's, Transformers, interlockings, fire alarms system, PA system etc.

Supporting Actions
Plant Maintenance

  • To ensure secondary power supply equipments are healthy all the time. Total connected load is 650 KW.
  • Carry out daily monitoring and maintenance with support team.
  • Ensure all compliance as per factory act.
  • Ensure & maintain fire alarm & PA systems equipments are working all the time.
  • Develop multiple vendors and spares locally.
  • Develop SLD's, P&ID's of plant machinery.
  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
  • Preparation and adherence to Maintenance SOPs & ISO documentation
  • Plan for the spare & consumables.
  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Analyze breakdowns & plan for predictive maintenance based on the findings
  • Plan, monitor and arrange for inventory of spares and consumables
  • Plan well in advance for annual shutdowns in terms of material/services/experts etc.
  • Train direct/indirect reportees
  • Preparing documentation for necessary licenses and approvals for execution and commissioning of the project through submission of relevant documents to the concerned
  • Government departments
Monitoring and influencing all service providers, vendors and technology suppliers comply with relevant statutory provisions with respect to manpower, equipment, materials and processes

Environment, Safety, & Health

  • Ensure all operations are compliant to SHE as per the law of land.
  • Review environmental strategies that impact on future ways of operating
and ensure implementation where possible

  • Ensuring that safety regulations are met
  • Review the use of technological systems that support a more
environmentally friendly approach

  • Ensure plant equipments are compliant to all statutory requirement from Fire & people Safety point of view.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Engineering


Minimum Experience Level:

5-7 Years
