Job Summary
Proven experience in front ending and managing sales for a growing Building Supplies company
Should have excellent communication skills and ability to engage with existing clients and walk-ins.
Should be able to drive sales with walk-in customers and be responsible for store display, layout, client delivery tracking and client feedback.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Displaying items.
- Serving customers.
- Dealing with any queries or complaints.
- Advising customers on their purchases.
- Ordering, managing and taking out stock.
- Helping with promotions.
- Overseeing deliveries.
- Managing and motivating staff (in a senior role)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should have paint store management experience.
- Minimum 1 years experience in managing a retail store.
- Should be able to manage billing and basic book - keeping.
- Should have knowledge of apparels and basics of house design.
- Should be able to manage clients, walk-ins, client deliveries and client feedback.
- Should be able to help with external events & exhibitions.
- Should be able to manage in store displays.
- Should be able to manage client appointments and delivery schedules.
- Should be adept with digital marketing concepts.
