Ecommerce Category Sr Executive / Manager

Job Location:
Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II New Delhi-110064

Roles & Responsibilities:

Building the category strategy and execution plan
Identification and Development of relationships with key brand and vendors
Owning customer experience metrics and data quality
Identify defects and develop scalable processes to address and accelerate our Private Label business.
Weekly and monthly tracking of category metrics to monitor goals and diving deep where needed to drive continuous improvement.
Partnering closely with cross functional teams including the Other Hardline category teams, marketing, legal, finance, to deliver on goals.
Must know the process involved in online selling.
Ability to create A+ listings and marketing content
Plan and execute promotional campaigns through the brand owners
You Should have a knowledge of "EXPORT".

Requisites / Prerequisites:

Graduate from Delhi University.
PG in Business / Sales management is preferred
Ecommerce Sales Experience 1~3 years.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a MUST.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
Have a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
