Description

Take responsibility for a specific personal ledger of accounts and assist with all aspects of the Credit Control function to maximise cash inflow through effective debt collection and efficient administration of accounts.


  • Ensure that cash collection and Sales Outstanding targets are met at all times.
  • To regularly contact other Accounts Payable departments to chase payments.
  • To resolve and escalate queries.
  • To build and maintain relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure Customer accounts are accurately maintained through the administration processes of cash posting/allocation and reconciliation.

You should have:

  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Positive and able to chase down and resolve queries accurately and within a timely manner.
  • At least 2 years experience in finance or 1 years experience in Credit Control as B2C and B2B.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
