The Accounts officer performs the day-to-day finance related activities of the North American accounting operations (Central Standard Time 6:00am to 3:00 pm) and ensures the accurate accounting of the sales and purchasing activities.

The equivalent Indian Standard Time for working from 6 am to 3 pm CST is from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST during Standard Time and from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST during Daylight Saving Time

Prior experience of leading ERP packages, most notably Oracle Netsuite is highly valued. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and AWS QuickSight will also be highly valued.


Responsibilities:

Prepare morning reports on the raw material weights received by our customers.

Prepare invoices for beef and pork customers.

Prepare the daily payables for our raw material suppliers and service providers.

Process daily bank credit facility bills.

Prepare daily bank reconciliation.

Prepare credit card reconciliations.

Do journal entries for credit card transactions in Oracle Netsuite

Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Journal Entries Prepayment Amortization for subsidiaries

Journal Entries for fixed asset depreciation

Enter journals for prepayments, deposits, and other B/S items.

₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
