What we are looking for
-
1.
Administrative Support:
Proactively manage the CEO's complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
2.
Personal Branding:
Develop and execute a personal branding strategy for the CEO, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's social media profiles, create engaging content, and ensure a consistent brand image.
- Monitor online presence and reputation, respond to inquiries and comments, and engage with the audience.
- Increase visibility and professional network of the CEO in relevant domains through invites to leadership and technical conferences, CSR events, Awards, etc
- Define and build a consistent social and physical media presence toward strengthening the CEO's Brand Image and Identity
3.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle inquiries with discretion.
- Assist the CEO in managing special tasks, initiatives, and events, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide recommendations on various topics as requested.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and facilitate project deliverables.
4.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
- Coordinate executivelevel meetings, conferences, and networking events as required.
- Represent the CEO and the company with professionalism, discretion and integrity
Required Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 2. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Social Media Management
- 3. Time management and prioritization skills
- 4. Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced environment.
- 5. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- 6. Proficiency in research for and social media management and experience with personal branding initiatives.
- 7. Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- 8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- 9. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact

Qualifications:

- 2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Clevel executives
- 3. Minimum of 3 years experience in Personal Branding and Social Media Management
