All types of videos & content creation expertise is the focus.

Skills required:

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Video Making and Adobe After Effects

Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns.

Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and collaborating on customer care initiatives.
