Job Title:
Telecaller and Customer Care Executive


Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers and Customer Care Executives.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services over the phone.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and provide product information.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- _Providing exceptional customer support experience to the customers over the phone._
- _Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus_
- _Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening._
- _Customer focused approach._
- _Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter._


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer knowledge & Experience is must.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or customer care executive experience in ecommerceis a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English/Hindi both.
  • Good problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Salary:
₹7, ₹12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
