    We are seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our financial health and compliance.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Internal Audit:

    • Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
    • Implement and monitor audit strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
    GST

    Internal Audit:

    • Perform detailed audits to ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
    • Prepare and review GST returns, reconciliations, and ensure timely submission.
    • Identify discrepancies and provide solutions for rectification and optimization of GST processes.
    Income Tax

    Internal Audit:

    • Conduct internal audits focused on income tax compliance.
    • Prepare and review income tax returns and related documentation.
    • Advise on tax strategies and ensure compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations.

    Stock Audit:

    • Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
    • Reconcile physical stock with the system records and investigate discrepancies.
    • Provide recommendations for improving inventory control and management.

    Excel Expertise:

    • Develop and utilize advanced Excel formulas and functions for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Prepare accurate and comprehensive balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
    • Streamline financial processes using Excel to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    Asset Management:

    • Oversee the management of company assets, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
    • Conduct periodic asset audits and reconciliations.
    • Implement best practices for asset utilization and depreciation.

    Qualifications:

    • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
    • Proven experience in internal auditing, GST, and income tax audits.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in formulas, balance sheet preparation, and profit & loss analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Previous experience in asset management and stock auditing.
