    Chartered Accountant (CA)
    (Can be designated as Senior Manager or AGM, Will be HOD of Account Department )


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our reputable pharmaceutical company's finance team.

    As a CA in our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

    Your expertise will contribute to the company's financial growth and success.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Must have worked in a manufacturing company in Accounts Department with following responsibilities
    1 )must have full knowledge and experience of handling accounts of a manufacturing unit
    2) finalisation of various accounts ,
    3) preparation of P and L , Balance Sheet , Cash Flow , Fund Flow
    4) MIS
    5) Knowledge of Statutory Requirements / returns , taxes , GST


    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to support informed decision-making.
    Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure its accuracy.

    Compliance and Audit:
    Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and taxation laws.
    Coordinate and facilitate external audits, responding to auditors' inquiries and ensuring a smooth audit process.
    Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:


    Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.

    Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis, offering recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation.

    Taxation:
    Manage tax planning and compliance, including income tax, GST/VAT, and other applicable taxes.
    Stay updated with changing tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

    Treasury and Cash Management:
    Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure efficient utilization of funds.
    Collaborate with banking partners to manage banking relationships, facilitate transactions, and optimize treasury operations.

    Financial Strategy:
    Contribute to the development of the company's financial strategy and long-term financial goals.
    Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business initiatives.

    Risk Management:
    Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial stability.
    Implement risk assessment frameworks and monitor key risk indicators.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid certification and membership in the relevant professional body.
    Proven experience (10+ years) working in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
    In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
    Proficiency in financial reporting tools and accounting software.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
    Strategic thinking and the ability to provide financial insights to support business strategies.
    Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills are a plus.
