This role will be responsible to lead the people agenda for the new business, partnering with the leadership team to drive a high-performance culture.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop the people vision and strategy for the new business in conjunction with the leadership team.
- Leading all people work streams of the new business set up including Workforce Planning, Reward, Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture and Talent Management.
- Ensure the development of a Strategic Workforce Planning plan to support the business strategy.
- Provide effective employee relations advice and coach the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development.
- Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda.
- Lead the people agenda to ensure all employees can develop to their maximum potential within a high performance culture with industry leading employee engagement.
- Diagnosing business problems from an organization development perspective, using tools to identify the levers which will maximize organization performance.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and challenge business strategy and develop people implications
- Experience using Organization Development to enhance business/organizational performance.
- Broad knowledge of the HR function and its capability to support business objectives.
- Welldeveloped customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills and senior levels and across functions.
- Ability to coach senior leaders and their teams to deliver business strategy and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams.
- Sensitive to language and cultural differences.
- Continual commitment to personal learning, demonstrated ability to build on learning and share within the broader HR function.
