Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers across the German speaking countries in Europe to understand and align talent needs, ensuring a deep understanding of position requirements, target audience and timelines.
Provide expert guidance, training, and support to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
German language skills required, with minimum level B2 certification.
Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably within the logistics industry, with a focus on hiring across German speaking European countries.
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, enabling you to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and online networking platforms.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
CIR, CSSR, CSMR certifications are preferred
