Job Description(B2B) - FROM EDTECH BACKGROUND

  • Handling a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory.
  • Responsible for acquisition of new schools Across Assigned Territory.
  • Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and crosssell products to existing schools.
  • Key account management of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students)
  • Utilize company resources and coordinate with internal teams for excellent service delivery to schools.
  • Physically meet the customer and give them a demo of our product and
maintain follow ups over calls to keep building sales pipeline

  • Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients
  • Responsible for expansion and retention of Ed5 product/solution
  • Extensive visit to the concerned area to mobilize grass root level work to deliver product
information and retention or generation of sales.

  • Involved in Market research for the potential development areas
  • Build market position by locating, defining, negotiating, and developing business
relationships in the School Industry.

  • Identify potential business deals by contacting leading Schools/colleges; discovering
and exploring opportunities.

  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements and
financials, evaluating options, Identify the key stake holders and decision makers and

build business relationship.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating
contracts.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational conferences; reading
professional publications; maintaining personal networks; interaction with

professional institutions

  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
professional institutions

  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


Requirements:


  • Graduate or MBA with 04 year experience in education related product or service sales in B2B model
  • We are looking for individuals with exposure to B2B sales in Education industry and have worked with similar companies in past
  • Excellent Persuasive & communication skills with IT Fluency and ability to flourish with mínimal guidance to handle uncertainty.

Salary:
₹130, ₹547,150.11 per year
